When we started this blog, I thought it would be something cool for us to do, and that it would be a quaint little blog that no one will ever see. Half a year later the blog, at the time of this writing, has fifty-one likes on Facebook and twenty-seven followers on Twitter. This is amazing, to be seen by so many people, to get as many submissions as we do, so many that we are currently completely booked until November, and we are getting to filling that as well. All of this on a site we created less than a year ago with no real prior experience in this field.

I love this blog; I do truly love this blog. It is everything I’ve always wanted to have. A platform where people can get their work validated, where they are as important as those names you see on shelves. A place where you can have other people tell you that you are, in fact, good at what you do. That’s amazing, and more so because I get to do that for everyone here.

So thank you. Thank you to those who bravely submit your work, for letting others see your point of view. Thank you for those who read, who like, who let the words given form into their minds and hearts. Thank you, from me, just a guy with a blog, to you, the Babbling of the Irrational family.
